Deliver a redesigned and responsive experience for $1+billion website within 18 months on new enterprise platform.

I managed an $11M website redesign for www.fishersci.com, completing the initial phase of definition and then moving the team into adopting an agile framework to complete redesign in 13 sprints. I led an 85+ person team through estimating, sprint planning, and retrospectives while managing overall project schedule, budget, scope and communication with stakeholders. I also used change requests as an opportunity to educate business partners on Agile/scrum methodology and created a collaborative environment that required business and project team to commit to the success of the project. I also planned and executed on operational transition to web support for all releases to ensure customer support post-release.

I managed intake and prioritization of business requests and scheduled projects to be delivered quarterly to maximize revenue and customer experience opportunities. Following a waterfall methodology,  I successfully led up to 10 projects simultaneously in definition and execution, and delivered projects by planning and executing releases.

Manage search, browse and analytics track for $50M web redesign after managing $5M pilot website design

              I led the project team through discovery sessions for web pilot, into technology selection and then technical design. I delivered the pilot site with web and product content on schedule and provide content training for CMS System and supported QA team through functional testing. From the pilot project, I led a new team through technical design of an enterprise solution for search, web and product content. . Acting as a key contact for integrating search solution into web and product content systems and data supply chain, I also ensured SEO and analytics maintained operational standard in site cutover.

I planned and implemented a product data system for ecommerce sites for China and India markets within six months, adding additional products to the ecommerce catalog for both countries. In this project, I created UAT and training for teams in China, India, France, Russia and US to support the improved sites while also managing migration and onboarding of product content from six different suppliers.
